Programs and Engagement Coordinator

Jerries Azar, Programs and Engagement Coordinator, helps oversee mHUB’s live curriculum, mentorship program, and support the development of mHUB’s Catalyze Programs. 

Jerries grew his passion for entrepreneurship after participating in the Lake Forest College Venture Design Challenge with Blueview Glass. Through this program, he was awarded funding to pursue the development of smart glasses meant to help people with ASD understand social cues by giving them on demand feedback of their social interactions. 

Prior to joining mHUB, Jerries co-founded Tribal (clothing brand) in his hometown of Tegucigalpa, Honduras. He worked for The World Music Foundation, where he managed the G-suite console, helped with new staff orientation, and developed new projects.  

Jerries graduated from Lake Forest College with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Asian Studies with a focus in Chinese language. He is an avid runner and volleyball player.
