asic Financials for Business (BFFB) is a four-session program designed to help small business owners strengthen their financial knowledge and make more informed business decisions. Through a practical curriculum, participants build skills in calculating labor costs, understanding inventory and cost of goods, organizing operational expenses, and interpreting Profit & Loss statements.
This session focuses on operational expenses, the day-to-day costs required to keep a business running. Participants will learn how to identify and categorize common operating expenses such as rent, utilities, marketing, professional services, and other recurring costs.
Understanding operational expenses allows business owners to better manage cash flow, control costs, and maintain financial stability. By organizing these expenses clearly, entrepreneurs gain a stronger view of where their money is going and how those expenses affect overall profitability.
