The fund expects to invest in 60 startups that participate in six sector-specific cohorts (i.e. 10 per cohort) of mHUB’s Accelerated Incubation program. The Fund intends to make an initial investment in each startup in an amount up to $150,000 which will be comprised of cash invested in such company as well as credits for certain fees related to functions or services provided by mHUB or an affiliate thereof during a six-month highly structured incubation (with two full years of support) in exchange for 5% equity in such startup. The Fund intends to reserve a portion of its capital for follow-on investments in a select set of the startups.
