Need help with a PCB design for a medial device client

Need to develop and spin a PCB

Current board's development is functional at a large test-board level. Electronic components have been selected, with one exception (the telecoil), and we have schematics and layouts.
This will not require battery charging right now. That's a function we'll add later. This will be a replaceable battery.
We will be programming the filter and compression characteristics of the Audion16 in house.
