But the reality is, it's no longer enough to make decisions based on what we THINK our audience wants. Even worse, as founders we can no longer assume our ideal audience are mere copies of ourselves.
As we look to the upcoming year, regardless of industry, regardless if you offer a product or service - if you start out 2024 leveraging the power of research to move beyond focusing on internal assumptions - but rather focus on embracing the humans behind those data points - you will absolutely allow for better product refinements, branding, communications, and innovation founded in and expressed authentically by the audience you serve.
